New clashes Between Hamas and Israel- and Executions

A few days ago, I published a post about the ceasefire in Gaza. I wrote that it likely wouldn’t last long, as both sides have repeatedly violated ceasefires for decades.

Now, Hamas still hasn’t released all the hostages and has reportedly clashed with Palestinian clans while executing Palestinians accused of collaborating with police forces. Israel, meanwhile, has closed the Rafah border crossing with Egypt and again restricted the entry of humanitarian aid into Gaza.

A video also surfaced showing Hamas gunmen dragging seven men into a crowd in Gaza City, forcing them to kneel before executing them. CNN

US President Donald Trump threatened that Hamas would be disarmed "swiftly and perhaps violently" in the Gaza Strip if it did not disarm on its own initiative.

One final note: what I find shameful is that Israel (Netanyahu) has devastated Palestine, yet it’s Arab nations, European countries, and the U.S. that are expected to pay the $60 billion for reconstruction. Shouldn’t it be Israel?

It’ll be the same with Ukraine—Russia destroyed it, but Europe will foot the bill. It’s far too easy to destroy countries and let others pay the price!
