Some crazy people continue on the internet spreading fake news about the comet "31/ATLAS" saying that a new photo taken of Mars by the Mars Preserverance Rover captured the cylindrical spacecraft (which would be 31/ATLAS).
The photo of the alleged "UFO" 31/ATLAS
I repeat: this alarmism only works for people who don't understand astronomy. The thoughtless masses.
This photo is another long-exposure photo, a composite of several frames, and due to the movement of the object (probably one of Mars' moons), it appears as a "cylindrical blur."
Long-exposure photography is a technique in which the camera's shutter remains open for a longer time than normal, capturing movement and the passage of time in a single image.
