Iran will Hit Starlink Facilities

Iran is considering including or has already included the assets and infrastructure of Elon Musk's company in the West Asia region (Lebanon) as legitimate military targets," publishes the Iranian agency Fars News, citing military sources.

This refers to the fixed Starlink ground stations located in Israel, Qatar, Jordan, the United Arab Emirates, and Oman, which serve as a link between the user's satellite dish and low-orbit satellites.

A broader list of "facilities and interests" associated with SpaceX and other Musk companies in the region, including associated businesses and investment projects, is also mentioned.

It should be noted that, despite its peaceful beginnings, it is no secret to anyone that the products and services provided by Musk's companies are also acquired by the US military and its allies. In fact, despite his differences with the Trump administration, the Pentagon is one of Musk's primary and largest contractors.
