Are we being monitored by extraterrestrial objects?

A NASA Engineer Reveals Extraordinary Technology

In late July 2025, a segment from the Ecosystemic Futures podcast (episode 69, around the 1h57 mark) brought to light surprising statements from Richard Banduric — an engineer with four decades of experience in reverse engineering and CEO of Field Propulsion Technologies — regarding the presence of extremely advanced materials on Earth.

Intelligent, Potentially Extraterrestrial Materials

According to Banduric, we are surrounded by tiny structures — “trillions” of them — that are not merely inanimate, but intelligent, capable of communicating with each other, reconfiguring themselves, and even camouflaging to avoid detection. His attempts at reverse engineering would cause these materials to disintegrate into powder. Isotopic analysis of the powdered state reportedly revealed characteristics of extraterrestrial origin.

Properties That Defy Current Science

Under microscopic observation, Banduric detected minute particles that appeared to function as communicative computational units. In one particularly striking experiment, a chip placed on a 3,000 °C surface repelled the heat, cooling the surrounding area. Once removed, its mass had significantly decreased. Features such as self-cooling, reconfiguration, and mass reduction suggest a technological level perhaps “hundreds of years ahead of us.”

Advanced Camouflage and Propulsion Potential

Banduric also mentioned triangular craft capable of disappearing instantly. He explained that they camouflage themselves by projecting the scenery behind them to the front, bending light — though not perfectly, which could make detection possible. He added that these entities emit a form of electrical radiation different from the electromagnetic spectrum, which could be detected with the right meter — something currently attracting the interest of the U.S. Air Force.

Other materials with hybrid conductor/insulator properties — studied in collaboration with DARPA and the National Science Foundation (NSF) — may generate significant external forces through accelerated nanoparticles. The project is currently in Phase 2 with the NSF, aiming to develop next-generation propulsion systems.

Hal Puthoff’s Silent Acknowledgment

Equally notable was the reaction of Hal Puthoff — a physicist with a long career in advanced DARPA, NASA, and Department of Energy projects — who, seated next to Banduric, responded only with a discreet nod of approval, suggesting these technologies were already known within certain circles.
